Only use one Country

I only use Sweden but I still have to choose Sweden if I want to use States and Cities.

I have put Sweden as default but how can I remove the "Sweden" from the site.

I still want the user to be able to choose State and cities


Also ??? from the box doesn't work for Cities and states.

? = A
? = A

This mess up the cities name in Sweden
