Restrict Address home form field to specific country?

Good Day,

I setup and disable all countries except one on the admin panel (under Panel Administraci?nMultifield/Location Filter), and my question :

Is possible that the address field that appear on the home page to search classifieds are restricted (limited results ) to a specific country? see the attachment for the issue
