I have submitted a support ticket (Ticket ID: SHB-842396) to have a customization/migration done on my website a couple of weeks ago, and I have had replies from Natalie / Viktor and Kevin. But the last reply (from Kevin) was April 29, 2020. I have not received anything since. Could someone please direct this message towards any of the aforementioned support representatives so I may know further about how to proceed with this customization? I would like to know when this will commence.
