Reference Number format only 5 numbers long!

    Just a quick question,

In "Basic Settings/Reference Number", you will see RF*****.

Is this telling me that the amount of ref numbers will only go up to 99999, or will it automatically go to 6 digits when it hits that number. (Example: 99999 to 100000)

Just asking because if I place another asterisk(*) which would make it 6 (******) the plugin don't work! So basically I cant extend my reference number format.

    Kind Regards.

    Hello,

it will use 5 digit numbers by default

but it should work with more digits

in this case, you need to create a ticket to look into this problem

On this point, I think I asked a while back regarding if the software had been tested by Flynax with large amounts of auto generated listings and what the upper ceiling may be.

Can Flynax give an idea of the limit please, other similar competing software I looked at previously gave this indicator based on their record autogeneration tests so it would be a helpful tip for your potential and current customers.

    I have added 15 stars: https://prnt.sc/rvtso3
then refreshed ref number in listings: ADmin Panel >> Refresh >> Rebuild Reference number for listings
Then checked in the front end: https://prnt.sc/rvtsvt
Also, I have checked plugin box REF NUMBER LOOK UP and all working properly.
    Viktor,
    Flynax technical department,
    Best wishes.

Yes, I just refreshed it now using the " Rebuild Reference number for listings" and it works fine. Can I just say that sometimes, That using this program is so powerful that you forget the little things that make it tick..

    Cheers for all the help.
