How to make difference between Offering and Wanted ads?

I was wondering how users could make a difference between Offering and Wanted ads:

When creating new ad
when searching for ads on the website.

Is there any way I could get info from publisher if he's a private or business?

Please see attached

Maybe I'm missing some steps.

As I correct to understand you need to create a new listing field only into Admin Panel >> Listing Fields.
