email template works, but when recieved by user a gray footer says "thank you, flynax

I'm updating text in email templates, mainly "your account activated" email. I tested it out with a user and the message was recieved in good order, but below the message in what seems like a gray background, there is this text "Thank you, Flynax Team" I don't see this text in email template itself, so where do I go to change it?

Christine, You can look those words up in languages from memory and change it there

Try to find phrase into Admin Panel by key: email_footer

That worked that you. whent to phpadmin, search database for the keyword, edited, and done. thanks!
