Wrong functionality showing listings

Hello!

I think there is no logic in showing the listings. Look at pictures.

There are no properties in your location.
Click OK to see demonstration ads in California, US
or Cancel to keep your location.

So if a visitor clicks Cancel then see:

There are no listings. But Categories show:
Used (71)
New (16)

instead of
Used (0)
New (0)

I think it's not logical and should be fixed.
