Appearance not right when displaying decriptions associated with blue question marks!

How can I fix this? Please look at attachment.

The first image (screenshot 1), when you click on the blue question mark, will only come up as text, with coding showing and looks simple. This is in the new fully re-installed Nova-Auto script 4.8.0

The second image (screenshot 2), when you click on the blue question mark, will come up how it should look. In a Blue box with white text..This is the older version 4.7.2

So what coding do I need to fix this, or do you need me to put in a support ticket?

All was needed above was to clean my browser cache. Sorry Viktor..
