mobile view everything moves up a few px

Hello,

im changing my featured label however in mobile view i noticed everything moves up a notch on the site.
Tested the featured label in demo too works fine in browser but mobile its moved to the top of the picture.
you can compare it in google inspect.

so when i do a -45 angle with center text the text moves up a but truncating the end.

you can check any featured ad on my site in mobile view. browsers works fine.
