Activation account by phone. But USA only?

As title says, is there anyway if I can make phone activation only accept USA phone number only?

Hello,

it can be done as a customization

but you can use data entry with your code/s for area part in your phone field to restrict using other codes

create some data entry with USA code in Common > Data Entries

go to your phone field > Edit > Link to Data Entries > select your data entry > Save
