Home Page on Mobile not populating 4.7.2

A very weird problem, by accident I have found that 4.7.2 on mobile does not show any listings on the home page.

for example

Category Name ......... 0

There are no listings. Be the first to [add a listing].

-----------------------

I have cleared the cache
I have cleared the history
I have updated all options in the Update section of Admin
I have checked this on several mobiles

All the same outcome

If I hit search then all listings show but as soon as I go back to the home page, they are once again gone? showing 0 listings and asking people to add the first listing?

Filtering Listings/Accounts on Pages

This problem was caused by having the options above set to on in geo-filter? it only affected the mobile view? I have no idea why what where and why? but if you have this problem then you know where to look?

Do you see Geo-Filter box on the mobile view?
You can deactivate Location autodetection into Admin Panel.
