Price and custom icons in the listing box

I can't figure out how to add small custom icons and price in the listing box. (see attached capture1)Capture1.JPG

I tried to edit "Listing types", "Categories" and build forms under categories, but unsuccessfully. What do I miss?

Try to build all the form for your general main category. Make sure you used the premade field for those icon, like bedroom, bathroom, sqft
