You can configure it here : your_site.com / admin/index.php?controller=settings&group=46
Admin Panel >> Basic Settings >> Facebook connect

It's filled out. But for some reason it's not linked to the Facebook widget on the bottom of the site. The other pages within the site, with the FB like widget have 0 likes even though in reality my FB page has about 70+ ....and my home page shows another number.... why???
I see 44 likes on your home page but then I liked it too and now I see 45 likes. See my screenshot: https://prnt.sc/q2o1hb
Each page has own likes. That's why you can see 0 likes on other pages.

That is weird because my actual Facebook Page is not getting any likes. How can I link that to my actual Facebook Page?
