Issue with new password cannot login

Hi,

I changed the password from admin panel now im unable to login to any user including admin. Please let me know how i can change the password for this. When i go to phpmyadmin and copy MD5 hash to check my password it gives me error.

Please help me reset the admin password

Hello,

Maybe you do something wrong

try to change password via database using md5 mode in your password column

or create a ticket and we'll advice you further on this
