how can i control what info is shown on a facebook share of a listing?

What exactly do you want to control? You cannot control it. The system show information from listing automatically Main Photo and Title.

well the title is different on the facebook share as what is on the listing.

I found the issue. Had meta tags in some categories that changed the title if you share the page via facebook.
