Change the select category text....

Hello Flynax Team,

Edit: I meant on all fields, not just select menus. Text inputs as well.

I want to change the default text for the drop down menus actual text instead of the default text.

Ex: In the cars category, I want the -Select Category- Text (in the select menu) to be be like: Car Year or Car Make, or Car Model. I want to apply this to all select menus on the website, keeping the default -Select Category- for the actual category/sub-category selects. I have tried editing the fieldset_header tpl and added the complete <select menu code including option and that will work but I will have to do that for every select menu, and I will have to resize the selects again (no I won't have to resize the selects, I missed the div with the style), BUT...I think maybe there is a better/quicker way to do this. Am I right?

You can check on the vehicles listing type in the cars category to see what I mean.
