Adding listing

I having problem with adding ads "The Administrator hasn’t yet populated the listing form with fields, please contact the Administrator."

I think you forgot to build a category or categories. Go to Admin Panel >> Categories and click build a category icon. Choose: Build a Listing Form then move fields from right to left column. Also, then build other forms too.
