Change format in phone fields to remove brackets for mobile numbers.

How can I change the format in "Registration Fields/Phone" , Type "Phone number" to remove brackets on mobile numbers?

Look at image below, My PHONE number is fine, Area code (07) in brackets,etc... But I need the Mobile number without the brackets? I don't need an area code if I'm only using this program in one country.

I guess different countries have different formats, But in Australia, we just have 10 numbers straight for mobiles.
