is there a workaround for the following bug?

If i go to https://classifieds.demoflynax.com/ with clear cache etc. it redirects me correct to https://classifieds.demoflynax.com/de/
But if i close the browser and go again to https://classifieds.demoflynax.com/ then there is no more redirect and the page is not shown in my language.
