Issues with displaying youtube video in front end, adding issues in admin panel.

When adding a video in AP it gives an error: The video is not available,
and in the listing details page it displays just the title of the video.

My site is offline on xampp server. I had to install 4.8 version and start all from scratch. It seems you know the reason of this issue, could you please give me some little instruction to fix it by myself.

As i noted above on AP flynax demo video manage page has uploading issue too: 2019-12-26_022603.jpg.
