Category Form Address Format

Could it be possible to change the format of the address in the category listing form from this: (I have it in groups)

Location Group:

Notice I would like it to be without the gaps, and city, state and zip on same line don't forget the comma

Only registered members can view the code.

End result like the following:

Or does this need to be changed in the templates? I don't recall if you have explained that in a previous message.
