Update:I want to know if I were to remove the top-navigation div will that affect other icons as well? If so, what else will appear in that div, or is it ok and the other icons (if any) won't be affected if I remove that div? What other icons do I mean, for example if I installed new plugins, or enabled other features in admin panel will other icons use that div? I think I can figure out how to move it where I want it, but I may need to post back if something goes wrong.
I would like to move the icon & button in the following screenshot. I want to remove that div after you move the icons as well.
