Using V4.7.1 and Under Construction "Plugin" does not support IP V6

Hello Gurus,

The Plugin " Under Construction" does not support or accept IP V6 and I was told to wait till next upgrade. So My question is, "How do I prevent my site not being Indexed by Google till I complete the Sub-Category Pages. I have no option but to disable the Under Construction Plugin off and on to have access to the User Interface.

How can I block the unfinished Pages from being indexed while the site is in live mode?.

Any suggestion please and how big of a risk is it to have the Not Ready Website go Live.
