Listing Type Page (Sidebar Search)

Hello,

On the Listing Type page, I enabled the sidebar search, the content box appears, but no search form. I have build the form from the listing type page, and the search form pages, but still no form appears in the sidebar. Can someone take a look?

Edit: Do I need an active listing before the sidebar search form is 'activated'
