Social Meta Data - Twitter Validator Issue

Hello,

I installed the 'Social Meta Data' Plugin and followed the instructions to upload a logo for when the social link is shared.

I tried checking the Twitter Card Validator and was given the error described in the uploaded photo.

Can someone explain how I can fix that?

I guess I could always delete "Disallow: /plugins/" from my robots.txt...but that would cause it's own problems. So there must be a better and more correct way to do that right?
