Flynax Backup/Migration of Files and database

    Hello dear community,

I ran into an issue when trying to do a backup for my website and reinstalling it for testing purpose

I downloaded Zipped folder of the Website files on my computer.
Exported the associated database from Cpanel and PHPmyadmin in SQL format on my computer.

Uploaded everything back on another host. Changed SQL credentials in config.php to link to new database.

But I dont know everything went smooth except for listing fields that disappeared ... So I have no more search tabs, no more listings values but the rest is here ....

    Thank you , regard !!

It works !!! Thank you som much Bahram.

I was wondering if it was the good way to save full backups of my website
Are you also using this process ?

Your host should have a periodical backup process for your website and database. Ask them about the schedule and items for backup.
But your process is also good; only you don't need to backup all website files/folders each time. I think files folder is enough, unless you have some customizations at your site by flynax.
