Individual Post an Ad page option for listing type?

I'm working in Flynax 4.7 and on the settings page for a Listing Type.

What exactly is the "Individual Post an Ad page" option? What exactly does it do if I enable it?

For example if you have listing types: Cars, Homes... And you choose that option for Cars then it will make a new "button" in the main menu which will be used to post directly to that listing type.
