4.7.0 Refin Search for a new Listing Type Does not Generate when creating a List Type

    https://forum.flynax.com/showthread....w-Listing-Type

Thanks to Wei for helping, but when you create a new list type in 4.7.0 it does not generate the Refine Search option in Content Boxes, the normal search options, advanced, quick and my listings are generated in search.

I have checked flynax demos, general, auto, and escort scripts and all flynax scripts are producing this error.

Is there a simple patch fix for this please ?

    Hello Pete,

    Yes, this bug really exists

    Thanks for reporting it

    Go to ftp > admin > controllers > listing_types.inc.php > replace all occurrences of $_POST['page'] with $_POST['add_page']

Done this, it still does not work ?

makes me mad there were 6 changes so when trying to go back to edit back how it was there are 14 now ? no idea what ones I changed, lost for words for it.

is there I can find out which line numbers these were please so I can unfix what was not broken that's broken ?

I think there was 8 $_POST['add_page'] before you made the change, and now it added up to 14? I would restore the file from all backup/installation pack from flynaxdotcom.

From memory it indicated 6 edits, I will try and locate the file and restore it, just wasted time annoys me. thanks champ

Your tip to download from fly was a great one, thank you, I have been able to open the php in a word doc and attach line numbers to find the culprits, will await the official fix to the fix to be posted.

Any Update on this I have done as suggested as above and I have double triple checked this and I still have the error, is there another part to this fix that has been missed out ?

    Fixed Already?

Can anyone confirm if the newest release has corrected this issue?

RSF 4.7.1 says the issue has not been corrected.

    Thanks for your help.
