Multi Level Error in 4.7 ?

When creating a multi level the second level doen does not auto create the listing field or connect ?

in 4.6.2 ? when you add a new level down you get this message

You’ve successfully added a new item.
Listing field for this level has been created automatically, to edit the field click here


and a level is made similar to this in listing fields

Cars Make & Model Level 1


In 4.7.0 you only see this

You’ve successfully added a new item.


and no second level is created ?


is there an easy fix to this ? or should we create ticket ?
