xml feed plugin did not show item in admin panel when i add a new format or new feed

I am using flynax 4.7 and bought xmlfeed plugin.

But when I want to add a new format or a new feed . it does not show in the admin panel so i can not run importing.

Please help me.

it seems that your server forbids using xajax requests
