Notification email when new user register

Hi Flynax community

I remembered before I used to get notification email whenever there is a new user registered on my site. But I don't get it any more. Is there any change or setting to do so?

Hello,

Try to use smtp mail method (if not used): Common > Basic Settings > Email > Mail method and fill in smtp details according to selected protocol in 'SMTP secure protocol' (ssl or non-ssl)
otherwise, create a ticket
