Text area and table cell spacing

Hello

I added textarea with my banner code, but after banners that was in table were pushed out of window and now cannot be moved back as table disappeared. There is also additional text added to code if any change on page are saved. Also table spacing doesn't work I set different numbers but all banner are sticking together without any gap
