You can try to fix it yourself.
Open file: ftp://plugins>>compare>>rlCompare.class.php

find code:

Only registered members can view the code. 

and replace to:

then below find code:

Only registered members can view the code. 

and replace to:

Only registered members can view the code. 

save and check again.
