Cant Edit/Save Search Forms

Hi Everyone (my first post )) )

I can't Save in Search forms when i build fileds

Admin Panel > Search Forms > Add a form (then i choose some fiels) and then WON'T TO SAVE
AND NOTHINGS HAPPEN, I CAN'T MODIFY AND CAN'T BUILD WITHOUT SAVE BUTTON

Could you create a ticket regrading this problem so we can look into it in details

it seems that there is not enough system memory to handle this request, this php config is called memory_limit that should be increased at least to 512 mb
but I'm not sure

I set PHP Version 7.2.8 and memory_limit 512MB - and problem is solved 100%
