Hide Flynax News/Blog Feed and Plugin Change Log in admincp?

Dear Flynax Dev.,

Is there any way if I can hide two content box in admincp home: Flynax News/Blog Feed and Plugin Change Log, to Limited Administrators Account?
I have several limited accounts that can only manage listings only and so I want to hide those info to them.

Yes, you can do it manually. Open file: ftp://includes>>classes>>admin>>rlAdmin.class.php

find method: assignBlocks
above the last line:

Only registered members can view the code. 

and code:

Only registered members can view the code. 

save and check again.

The same problem! but something in version 4.9.2 does not work for me. can you be more specific?
