Multi selecting package reduces standard limit instead of featured when usie featured

I've checked and couldn't reproduce the problem with featured listings counter
If I add a featured listing using multi-package the remaining number of listings is reduced

Actually I don't remember the case.
But right now I checked the classifieds demo.
If you use the package for first time, it reduces incorrectly but second time and next, it reduces correct.

Just tested this and everything is working fine here as it should 4.5.2
