Ads not appearing in correct Country

I posted two ads in South Africa under Motors but they are not appearing when i select South Africa under my location.

How do i solve it?

If you clear the My Location on the right you can see three Ads under Motors.

The ads are posted under South Africa

But if i select South Africa under my location i cannot see them.
