Export xml feed problem

I'm trying to export listings to oodle.com and have created an xml file but I get this error message: Feed URL cannot be fetched; fetch_and_save failed for http:

I've sent them an email and this what they said: "I get a 404 when I try to fetch that URL via a script. Are you blocking bots?"

Allowing their user-agent in robots.txt file didn't solve the problem.

because it may be caused by .htaccess, your server soft or something in our script
