Hello,

Try the following: go to ftp > your site package > tmp > aCompile > remove all files except of .htaccess

if it doesn't help create a ticket and we'll look into the problem

Probably problem in security mod installed on your server which blocked ajax requests with some symbols like: ']]' or '<!-' or some other.
Also, maybe problem in js. Exist some error in javascript.
