Keyword search in Russian is case sensitive

Hello!
The keyword search in Russian language is case sensitive which is not very good. Because it will be impossible to find some listings using this type of search if you don't know exactly that the word in listing was written with a capital letter. And I noticed that the keyword search in English language version of the script (demo script for example) is not case sensitive. How can I fix it in Russian language?
