how can I solve this problem ?

In my add a listing page I have a listing field titled > Shipping Notes < and in that people can place their preferred shipping options to accompany the listing, for example I would place something like this

> Pick up option is the xyz area of my city, can deliver in the city metro area $7 flat rate or by Australia Post (Australia Only) at the buyers cost <

but another member adding a post may have a completely different set of options.

At the moment the only best way I can get this to work is to have a txt on the desktop and do a copy n paste with every listing, but it would be nice if each person could in some way have a set response to this question so that we did not have to copy n past every time.

Any Ideas on how that can happen ?

if you need to have a possibility for users to add their notes to this field and see others it will require a customization

you'd better create a ticket and describe in details how it should work
