Thread: Paypal Return URL

    Paypal Return URL

    Hi,

    User is being redirected to Paypal for payment.

    The return URL to the site is not defined elsewhere...

    Hence, if the user cancels the payment process and intend to come back to our site, they get nothing & simply stay on paypal site.

    How to fix this? Any help please?

    Ticket # QHF-930257 created on 2-Jan. But the reply in this ticket was not given with any solution!

    Slightly different to the main topic.

    After the user makes successful payment using the paypal gateway, the listing goes to incomplete even though the auto approval is enabled and admin has to activate it manually.

    But with 2 checkout gateway after successful payment the listing is listed on the site automatically.

    Just wondering what do we need to do for automatic listing while using paypal gateway.

    We checked this issue on our side and other customers' side and there were no any problems

    probably you should contact paypal support regarding this issue


    otherwise, create a ticket

    Must be PayPal problem because I'm sure it was working before...

    ok after rechecking and contacting paypal seems the problem is with script.
    It works for renew /upgrade listings through the user account page.
    BUT the redirect fails when a new user (using quick sign in) adds a listing and proceeds for payment to paypal.
    Already checked with flynax demo and bug exists. Even if clicking on incomplete and retrying same thing happens!
