password reset not sending email

hi i just installed a flynex auto trader. i can create account but if it does not send any email when i try password reset email. it does give me message as " Remind Password instructions has been sent to you email address; follow the instructions to reset your password." but noting comes to the email. please note i was testing the password login system. so i know and can see which email account i used for this account.
