Category Search Form

I have a question about the category search form: So, i have create a sidebar search form for the cat and subcategories. So when i go to the category, they form is showing fine. Bit now, when i click in the drop down menu on the search form and refine the search, than the form sin't showing anymore. How can i change this?

there is a second form you need to have active for this

look in content boxes for something like > Refine Search (classifieds) or similar depending on listing type and make sure it is active ? and see if it works now.
