    first: a person can senior developer on joomla or wordpress etc but junior developer in flynax

    second: example : if your template are general_wide, your developer can find header.tpl , content.tpl and footer.tpl in yoursite.com/templates/general_wide
    pages controller files in >> yoursite.com/templates/general_wide/controller and block files in >> yoursite.com/templates/general_wide/blocks

    Third: for editing your home page your developer shoud editing yoursite.com/templates/general_wide/blocks/home_content.tpl and css files

    header.tpl, contect.tpl and footer.tpl using on all pages.
