The images added to the website, do not display correctly on mobile. Images are output offscreen. The images do not match the resolution of the phone.

I see only 1 problem with resolutions of images. In Admin Panel you set 120x90 but in css: 188x128px
May be you want to say us about other problem. Let us know.

Yes you are right. I explain you this situation.

You created static page with your static images and you hardcoded width and height for images. That's why images shows wrong on mobile devices.
If you set width and height for images = 100% it will show correctly on all devices.
