i came up with this simple fast & could be better if you got time solution

templates -> your template -> tpl -> blocks -> field.tpl

i did the follow changes at start

Only registered members can view the code.

in the middle "like melcom"

Only registered members can view the code.

and at the end

Only registered members can view the code.

FOR THE OUTPUT you have to make the follow changes in field_out.tpl
