do you lose customization when you upgrade

Hi

There is a lot of talk about the release of the new version 5 soon. and its an exiting thing
So i would like to know what happens to the customization in the script after upgrading the software
do we lose it?
or does it stay the same and gets added by flynax team when we upgrade

i wanna get to have a lot of customization but at the same time i dont wanna lose them after the upgrade.

Hello Mahmood,

Yes you can lose your customizations. Because when you change files you can delete customized files. That's why I suggest you create backup before upgrade and give us chance implement upgrade for you. Of course it is not free but we will save all your customizations.
Also exist way to create customizations as a plugins and when you will upgrade your site you will not delete customizations. May be will need some changes or fixes but it will be cheaper and faster.
