    Page title including social media ? how to remove

    Page Title
    AC/DC - Baby, Please Don't Go / Love Song (Oh Jene) • Facebook • Twitter • Print • Email • Addthis • Pinterest • Gmail • Google+ • LinkedIn • Email App • Tumblr • Addthis

    Since updating templates to gum tree clone I get the following social media tags added to my page title, how would I remove these please ? not sure why they are even included in the page title ?
