Add search in 404 page

Hi Viktor,
i need to add search option when the page 404 is displayed .

i tried to do it by copying the search.tpl code in the bottom of 404.tpl but it didnt work. did i copy in the wrong section ?

Hello Samir,

Yes you need to copy code from php file also. Check home.inc.php or search.inc.php and copy code to 404.inc.php Because fields for search forms building in php files.

and code from search.inc.php --> 404.inc.php
